Drug & background check
Experian requires that any supplier employees who will work on-site at an Experian facility for more than one business day or who will have access to an Experian network, must pass a five panel drug screen, and a criminal background check and general background investigation which includes: (i) verification of the worker's qualifications and credentials; (ii) verification of previous employment; and (iii) verification of Social Security Number. All supplier employees who will have access to sensitive information (as designated by Experian), including credit files, must pass a credit check. A credit check criterion is provided upon request.

CRIMINAL CHECK CRITERIA

Open warrant for any of the felony or misdemeanor offenses listed above renders individual ineligible for placement at Experian until warrant is resolved; Recheck will be required before placement
Pending charge for any of the felony or misdemeanor offenses listed above renders individual ineligible for placement at Experian until charge is resolved; Recheck will be required before placement
Deferred Adjudication or Deferred Sentencing for any of the felony or misdemeanor offenses listed above renders individual ineligible for placement at Experian until adjudication results in dismissal of conviction; Recheck will be required before placement

GEOGRAPHIC SCOPE OF CRIMINAL BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION: At minimum, must include 42 state scan of criminal records, plus counties of residence for past seven (7) years. Only criminal records legally available to employer under state and/or federal law are required to be reviewed.
