Experian requires that any supplier employees who will work on-site at an Experian facility for more
than one business day or who will have access to an Experian network, must pass a five panel drug screen,
and a criminal background check and general background investigation which includes: (i) verification of
the worker's qualifications and credentials; (ii) verification of previous employment; and (iii) verification
of Social Security Number. All supplier employees who will have access to sensitive information (as designated
by Experian), including credit files, must pass a credit check. A credit check criterion is provided upon request.

GEOGRAPHIC SCOPE OF CRIMINAL BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION: At minimum, must include 42 state scan of criminal records, plus counties of residence for past seven (7) years. Only criminal records legally available to employer under state and/or federal law are required to be reviewed.
